Located at Greek Peak in Cortland, NY. Unique took an existing run down restaurant, completely demoed and built new. This restaurant has some really neat features. A modern Swiss Chalet design, highlighted with a doubled-sided wood burning pizza oven, large fireplace, and sloped ceilings with an Amish built bar and seating.
